My harmful animal rule: Any animal possessing the aptitude to immediately cause a fatality or life-threatening damage to an average-sized, conscious, healthy grownup human needs to be regulated in a roundabout way, excluding some livestock animals which have little or no related fatalities, all reptiles (excluding listed venomous snakes) and lethal arthropods. Some animals, regardless of having a deadly capability, might be maintained with common sense and the chance is low.
